Staff was courteous, location was in centre

Bedding could have been cleaner and rooms were bit smelly.

Location and hospitality

Room size is too small comparatively with the price. Food was too costly comparatively to a same level of other restaurant.

They force you to take their travel partner like their own auto wala aur driver which is hell expensive but don't get into this trap if you travel by yourself it will be much much cheaper.

Cleanliness, behaviour of hotel staffs, rooms and restaurant.

Approach to hotel is in very bad state, lots of garbages on the road infested with mosquitoes.

Nothing the stay was horrible it is a one star hotel you guys at booking.com mentioned it a good hotel.

It is a run down hotel yuck place to stay.How can you guys at booking.com show such a hotel for family.The hotel is horrible kept and very scary I want a refund worst hotel I ever stayed at.

Very well maintained and neat clean rooms.Staff is very polite and helpful.Breakfast is very good with lots of options.

Its relatively cheap and close to the main street. There was painting works happening along with property maintenance. If the same effort was put into cleaning, the hotel would be a pleasant stay.

The room was filthy. Dust everywhere. The toilet had a sanitized label over it, however, after lifting the lid there was still urine splashes from the previous guests. The hotel is directly across the road from an open aired function area. This meant the bass and music was extremely loud up until around 3am. Don't expect to sleep if there's a function. The google reviews are fake and the ratings are ingenuine. I would have paid more to have a clean room. The bed sheets were ripped with a stray hair found on the pillow case on arrival.

Hospitality of the hotel staff was excellent. They even arranged a vehicle for visits. Hotel is located just 10 minutes away from Taj Mahal.

Food is expensive, staff members are rude and unpleasant. Room hygiene and cleaning facilities are not acceptable, we’ve to call and ask for that. Property stays far away from the tourist attractions.

Good hotel. They help me alot to give us tips and advice during our stay about Tourist Places, Rooms are cozy and clean with modern feature. Thanks you mr. Imtiyaz for very good service

Near and clean room with clean bed and clean washroom. Perfect cleanliness what a customer wants.

Due to new building fully dust and i got allergy cough.

Didn’t stay so can’t comment on it but definitely won’t have breakfast there

Staff Didn’t attend us . On arrival told hotel was closed for bookings and tried to move us in a terrible hotel .
